Shipping

Currently orders for shipment are within the continental United States. For orders and shipments to Canada and other countries (and I’m so happy you want my work!), please contact me directly: emily@emilyotterman.com

• Artwork is shipped and packaged via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground

• For most work, please allow 14-21 business days from the date of your purchase to your delivery date

• Once your order is shipped a tracking number will be emailed to the address you provide 

• Please include your phone number with your order so that, if necessary, the shipping carrier can contact you

Damage During Shipping

It rarely happens, however, if your order is damaged during shipping, you’ll receive a full refund or replacement. To do so, you’ll need to provide the original packaging for the shipper's inspection.

• The refund will be issued by the shipper, not Emily Otterman
