Currently we accept online orders for shipment within the continental United States.
Artwork is shipped and packaged via UPS or FedEx Ground
Please allow 14-21 business days from the date of your purchase to your delivery date
Prints and custom artwork are shipped from our framer in southern New Hampshire
Once your order is shipped a tracking number will be emailed to the address you provided
Please include your phone number with your order so that, if necessary, our shipping carrier can contact you
If an option is not currently available for your international order, please contact us with your shipping address and we will set it up for you
Damage During Shipping
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping you will receive a full refund or replacement if you provide all of the original packaging for the shipper's inspection.
The refund will be issued by the shipper, not Emily Otterman
Please note, there are no exceptions to this policy
